I am Lauren Sklaver, and I started my career managing full-scale projects in the financial services industry — navigating strict deadlines, complex systems, and senior stakeholders. That experience taught me how to build structure in chaos, communicate clearly, and deliver results no matter the challenge, always with the client in mind.

But along the way, I realized something important: these same skills shouldn’t be available to big corporations alone. Mission-driven businesses deserve the same clarity and support, without the heavy bureaucracy, even if they don’t have large teams or big budgets.

That is why I started LS Impact Consulting. Today, I bring the tools of project management to businesses that are purpose-led, sustainability-minded, and ready to grow. I help ease the daily disarray, create space for better decision making, and strengthen the systems behind the mission. My role is simple: to be the thought partner who helps you carry the load, so you can focus on doing what you do best.

I offer customizable services on a project-by-project basis, with the option for time-based packages if that’s a better fit.

Outside of client work, sustainability is personal for me, as well. I serve as a Commissioner on the South Orange Environmental Committee, co-lead the Green Team at South Mountain Elementary School, and am an active member of SOMA Action: Climate. It is in these spaces that my consulting work and my community work intersect, and why I care so much about helping mission-driven organizations operate at their best.
